Fresh Red Currant Margarita🍸✨🧉♥️🍸
A vibrant mocktail that delights your taste buds with a burst of freshness! This delightful blend features the tart sweetness of fresh red currant berries, the refreshing zing of mint and lemon, and a perfect balance of salt and sugar. Topped with sparkling water, it's a bubbly treat perfect for any occasion. For those looking to add a bit of spirit, a splash of tequila turns this mocktail into a sophisticated cocktail. Cheers to a refreshing twist on a classic!!!!

Ingredients:
Fresh red currant - 200 gms
Lemon juice - 15 ml
Sugar - 50 gms
Pinch of salt
Mint - few leaves
Sparkling water accordingly
Tequila - 50 ml( optional)
Procedure: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass😍😍

SCRUMPTIOUS ASSORTED VEG KEBABS PLATTER FROM MY KITCHEN 😇😋😍

Ingredients :-
Boiled kidney beans(Rajmah)- 1cup
Cashews soaked in hot water- 10 nos
Fried onion - 2 tablespoon
Green chilli - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp each
Coriander leaves - 3 tablespoon
Green cardamom- 4 nos
Salt- ¼ teaspoon
Red chilli powder - ½ teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Kewra water - 1 teaspoon
Besan Roasted - ¼ cup
Pure ghee - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil for shallow frying
Instructions :-
✅ In a small blender take cashews, fried onions, green chilli, fresh coriander and blend to a smooth paste.
✅ Mash the kidney beans and mix blended pasted to it.
✅ Further add roasted besan, kewra water, spices and pure ghee.
✅ Combine well making sure the spices are combined well.
✅ Grease the hands with oil and take a small ball. Shape the ball in a desired shape.
✅ Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and roast the kebab until it turns golden and crisp.
✅ Finally enjoy Makhmali Kebab with green chutney🔥🔥

Dahi Gujiya Chaat🥟🥟💕
😍😍
Indian Street Food!!! This popular dahi Gujiya has the softest white urad dal fritters stuffed with dry fruits drenched in sweet creamy yogurt topped with sweet, spicy, tangy chutneys and some dry spices, pomegranate pearls, raisins, beetroot to further enhance the taste😋😋. Popular Indian Street food is loved by all and is a perfect inclusion to any festive menu!! It can be served as an appetizer or as a side dish with main course❤️❤️

Kung pao potato👩‍🍳🥔🍠

Ingredients
Boiled potatoes 4
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper ½ tsp
Spring onion 1 chopped
Dry red chillies 2
Onion 1 medium diced
Capsicum 1 diced
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 3-4 flakes
Peppercorns ½ tsp
Cashewnuts 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Dark soya sauce 1 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Cornflour 1tbsp mixed with ¼ cup water
Procedure
Dice boiled potatoes and sprinkle cornflour, salt and pepper. Keep aside for ten minutes. Heat oil in a non stick wok and fry the potatoes till it becomes golden in colour. Keep aside. Roughly slice spring onion with greens. Dice the capsicum and onion into medium sized chunks. Take 2 tbsp oil in a separate wok add dry chillies, peppercorns, chopped garlic, ginger and onions. Saute for two minutes then add capsicum and again saute for few minutes. Add dark soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix. Now add cornflour mixed with water. Let it boil then add fried potatoes, cashewnuts and spring onions. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot🌶️😋💕

Eggless blueberry layered dessert🍒🍒
Simple recipe that tastes divine and so quick😇😋
Eggless sponge
All purpose flour 1cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Soda bicarbonate ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Vegetable oil ¼ cup
Milk 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Procedure Sieve all dry ingredients and keep aside. On another side take a bowl and mix all the wet ingredients. Keep mixing with hand whisker till sugar dissolves properly. Now keep on adding dry ingredients slowly to the wet mixture so that there should not be any lump. Grease the mould and pour cake batter. Bake it in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
Blueberry filling
Blueberries 150 gms
Sugar 50 gms
Lemon 1
Cornflour ½ tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Procedure: Stir the cornflour with water and keep aside. Place the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until the berries begin to soften. Pour the cornstarch mixture slowly and simmer until it thickens. Cool completely.
Butter cream
Unsalted softened butter 200 gms
Condensed milk chilled 160 gms
Procedure: Beat the butter until soft and silky. Then add condensed milk and mix it very softly.
Procedure to assemble: Place one layer on the serving platter. Top with about 100 gms of butter cream, followed by the blueberry filling. Top with the second layer of cake pressing gently. Place in the refrigerate for 30-40 minutes to set. Then garnish the top with butter cream and serve chilled👩‍🍳🤗

Dry fruit cake 👩‍🍳🥮

Tea cake fresh out of the oven!! This buttery, melt in the mouth tea cake with moist crumbs is delicious and the addition of nuts such as almonds, walnuts, blueberry, cranberry, cashews etc makes it perfect with a cup of tea or coffee. I wish you could smell the aroma right now.
✅ Flour 250gms
✅ Butter 175gms
✅ Sugar grinded 175gms
✅ Baking powder 1tsp
✅ Eggs 4 nos
✅ Dry nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, berries, raisins etc) 500 gms
✅ Vanilla essence 1tsp
Procedure: First of all sieve the flour and baking powder together and keep aside. Now beat the butter and sugar together in a bowl until pale and creamy. Gradually mix in alternate spoonfuls of flour mixture and egg until all has been added. Rub 3tsp of flour on the dry nuts. Add flour coated nuts to the cake batter and mix everything properly. Bake it in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 50-55minutes. Before cutting the cake let it cool completely. Enjoy with your family and friends💜💜

Summer salad with grilled chicken

Last week my daughter and her husband really surprised us by serving freshly herbed green salad with low fat Greek yoghurt dressing. The flavours and crispiness of the vegetables were so amazing especially in this hot summer season. Then they served us peach wine which they specially bought from North East!! We tried this peach wine for the first time and just loved it ❣️❣️. A blissful meal !!! Here's the recipe of salad which I am sharing and hope you guys are also going to enjoy😇😘🥗
✅ Chicken breast boneless 2 PCs
✅ Greek yogurt 1cup
✅ Garlic 2 flakes chopped
✅ Brown sugar 1 tsp
✅ Salt n pepper to taste
✅ Fresh or dry oregano 1 tsp
✅ Thyme ½ tsp
✅ Extra virgin 1 tsp
✅ Lemon juice ½ tsp
Mix all the ingredients of the dressing and keep it in the refrigerator. Take a bowl and add iceberg lettuce, red bell pepper, steamed baby corns, carrots and french beans. Now grill the chicken by just marinating it with salt, pepper and some herbs. Make the thin slices of grilled chicken. Now keep the slices of chicken on the bowl of salad and also sprinkle some olives on it. Lastly pour the dressing and serve chilled.
Note: For the vegetarians replace grilled chicken with grilled tofu and enjoy

Murg Malai Tangdi Kebab
(Creamy Chicken Drumsticks)
Relishing soft, Creamy, juicy, flavourful, perfectly marinated, appealing texture and an amazing aroma of the traditionally cooked home made Tangdi kebab cooked on a gas stove.
Chicken drumsticks 6
For the marination
Garlic paste 1tsp
Ginger paste 1tsp
Green chilli paste 1tsp
Fresh cooking cream 200 gms
Cornflour 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Lemon juice 1tsp
Salt to taste
Powdered sugar 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Procedure: First of all make the marks all over on the drumsticks with the help of a sharp knife. Take all the ingredients of marination in a bowl and marinate the drumsticks for 7-8 hrs in the refrigerator. Bake it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes or cook on the preheated griddle for 25 minutes by changing the sides of the drumsticks in between. Let them become golden and serve hot with green salad or mint chutney.
