Fred Williams, (born 1966), first learned the importance of clear technical communications when he was assigned to a fighter squadron aboard the aircraft carrier Kitty Hawk. In over 20 years of working with software and telco industries worldwide, Fred has written requirements specifications for complex systems, managed mission critical software projects,
and taught technical communications on three continents. He’s a native of California, and currently lives and works in Prague, Czech Republic. Fred has provided professional training in software development and technical communications since 1998, working in Germany, Sweden, Laos, India, Mexico, Korea, the UK, and the USA.
