We’re halfway through EQ15, and we paused to measure the impact.

Not with assumptions but with evidence.

87 mentors completed our mid-term impact review. Here’s what they told us:

91% say Equilibrium is a valuable use of their time
71% are already seeing clear progress in their mentees
91% report strong mentor–mentee chemistry

Beyond the numbers, mentors describe the experience as illuminating, humbling, and deeply developmental.

And this is only one side of the story 👀 Next week, we’ll be sharing what the mentees had to say.

We’re proud of the progress so far, and excited for what the second half of EQ15 will bring.
