Our Bunnies class recently spent a morning at the firefighter station in Waltrovka.
Children explored the fire trucks, discovered the tools, and watched how quickly firefighters prepare when called into action. There was curiosity, excitement, and moments of quiet focus, even during a first glimpse through a thermal camera.
Through experiences like this, children gently learn about the world around them, through their own eyes and hands.
Thank you to the firefighters for their openness and kindness. 🔥

Our recent Come & Play 🎲🧩 afternoons took place across all classes throughout the week, creating space for children, parents and teachers to meet, connect and share time together.
These moments offered children a chance to show their parents a little piece of their everyday world at Villa Luna — the places they learn, the games they enjoy, and the friendships they build.
At Villa Luna, community is an important part of who we are. Spending time together in this simple, open way helps strengthen relationships and brings a sense of closeness that naturally grows from shared experiences.
There was a warm and easy atmosphere in every classroom — full of conversation, play and smiling faces.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made these afternoons so special.

Our teachers prepared a special theatre performance for the children, bringing The Three Little Pigs to life in English for the whole kindergarten.
With the children’s help, the little pigs built their houses — from straw, sticks and finally strong bricks. The Big Bad Wolf tried his famous huffing and puffing, and the children followed the story with excitement, laughter and plenty of encouragement.
In the end, the story took a friendly turn — the pigs and the wolf made peace and even danced together.

Recently, our Lions, Foxes and Bunnies set off on a shared adventure to Toulcův dvůr . A day away from the classroom, travelling together, discovering together.
Through hands-on experiences — from traditional bread-making to gentle contact with animals — the children explored where food comes from, how nature supports us, and how to approach living beings with care and respect.
At Villa Luna, we believe that real learning grows from real experiences. Days like these nurture curiosity, empathy and wellbeing — and stay with children long afterwards.
