Katerina Brezinova - amerikanistka Zabývám se historií mezinárodních vztahů, otázkami migrace, menšin a procesy identifikace se zaměřením na USA a Latinskou Ameriku.

Působím jako badatelka na Universidad Complutense v Madridu a jako expertní spolupracovnice DG EAC a rozvojových projektů Evropské komise. Vyučovala a bádala jsem v Mexiku, USA. Španělsku a Brazílii. Jsem zakládající ředitelkou Multikulturního centra Praha a jeho dlouholetou programovou ředitelkou. Externě vyučuji na FFUK a FSV UK.

The LASA Congress 2026 in Paris was a great opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and meet some of the leading figures in our field, including sociologist Manuel Castells and historian Alan Knight. It was also great to spend time with fellow Cold War scholars Tanya Harmer, Vanni Pettinà, Julieta Rostica, Víctor Lafuente, Frank Bösch and many others. Très bien!
