⚡🛴 “Wow, it’s electric!” That was the first reaction of children at our eGreen project workshop last Tuesday. Alongside the favorite activities – imaginary traffic signs, guessing safety objects from the mystery bag, and playing out a living crossroads with trams, cars, and police officers – they also got to discover something new: an electric scooter! 🛴⚡ The electric scooter can only be used from a certain age, so it will take some time before the children can try it out themselves – but it’s never too early to become aware of the principles of safe riding. ⛑️🦺🚦✅
The playground once again turned into a buzzing city🚨🛴🚦🚋🚗👮♂️ – trams were ringing, cars were honking, police officers were blowing whistles, handing out tickets, and children were zipping by on bikes and scooters. 🚲🚋🚗. Every corner was alive with movement and laughter, but also with the serious message that traffic rules keep us all safe.
👉 Stay tuned and keep following the eGreen project for more tips that make road safety come alive!

🔧🚲 Ready to ride? Don’t forget to fix your bike!🚲 ✨
In our E-Green project 🛴 video, we show children (and parents!) how to take care of their scooters and bikes so every trip is not only fun, but also safe. From checking the brakes, making sure the tires are ready for the ride to the drop test technique - it’s the small steps that make a big difference.
Just like traffic rules, maintenance is part of responsible riding. And the best part? Kids can learn it in a playful way! 🙌🤹
👉 Watch the video and get inspired to do a quick check before your next adventure on two wheels 🛴.
You can also download the whole manual with drop test and heaps of other tips over here: 👉https://www.egreenproject.eu/resources/ All materials are free thanks to the Erasmus + project.

“You just got a ticket!” 😲 Yes, this also could be part of the E-Green workshop 🛴. The children weren’t just sitting in a classroom – they were in the middle of a living crossroads!🚦Students and also teachers became trams, cars, scooters, bikes.. someone else put on the cap of a police officer, and soon the whole playground turned into a buzzing city 🚋🚗🚨.
The fines may have been just for fun, but the lessons were very real: how to move safely, respect rules, and look out for each other. Learning about road safety can be a game, an adventure, and a lot of fun ✨
This is a through back to workshop in ZŠ Otevřeno. Before the holidays we had an amazing time and children learned about road safety in a playful way! 🛴🚦✨ Kids also designed their own traffic signs, guessed safety objects hidden in a mysterious bag. The E-Green project shows that learning about safety doesn’t have to be boring – it can be an adventure! 👧🧒

Imagine you’re heading out for a fun trip on your 🛴or a 🚲 – the sun is shining ☀️ , the road is calling, and you can’t wait to ride. But before you start, there’s one simple step that can make all the difference: putting on your helmet ⛑️. The eGreen project 🍀 is all about helping young people enjoy safe and sustainable mobility.
Among our many educational videos, one shines a light on the importance of wearing helmets and staying safe on the road, especially for children on scooters. This video shows how small habits can protect big adventures, inspiring kids to ride smart and safe.

1. Correct use of helmets and safety equipment - Ireland

Despite the cloudy skies and some raindrops, Kids’ Day in the Czech Republic was full of smiles, laughter, and mainly learning! 🛴🍀.
This year, our celebration had a special twist - we proudly promoted the E-Green Project, showing children (and their parents too ;-) how small everyday actions can make a big difference in the safety on the streets.
🚦 One of the highlights of the day was our Scooter Safety Workshop 🛴. The kids learned how to ride safely, understand traffic rules, and protect themselves and others.
💚🤹 Through games and friendly challenges, children not only picked up safety skills but also discovered used information for day by day life. We believe education should be engaging, and this day was the perfect example of how learning and fun can go hand in hand.
📚 🛴🍀 Want to explore the materials, games, and resources we used? They’re available for free here: 👉 www.egreenproject.eu/resources , thanks to the Erassmus+.
Let’s keep inspiring the next generation to be safe and responsible on the streets! 🛴🌍💪

👉✨ Exploring Cultural Exchange Through Teamwork! ✨🌍
As part of our Erasmus+ project LARPIC, we're excited to introduce one of the engaging nonformal educational methods from our upcoming LARP guide👩🏫 This activity is designed to foster teamwork, cultural understanding, and communication skills in a fun and immersive way.
The Bridge-Building Challenge 🛠️🌉
Imagine you're part of a village on one side of a great river. Your goal? To build half of a bridge that, when combined with the other village's half, must be strong enough to hold a glass of water. Sounds simple, right? Here's the twist: communication between the two villages is nearly impossible!🪨
Through this activity, participants take on the role of villagers and migrants, navigating language barriers and cultural differences to achieve a common goal. It's a powerful way to experience cultural exchange and develop crucial teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Stay tuned for more updates on our LARPIC project and how we're using innovative methods like this to bring people together! 🌟

By educating children about road safety, we empower them to make informed decisions, recognize potential hazards, and take appropriate precautions.
Creating safe routes to school, with designated crossings and reduced traffic speed, further enhances their safety.
Let's invest in road safety education for our children—it's an investment in their future well-being.
Together, we can make every journey to school a safe one. 🚸✨

To give you a better understanding of our objectives and expected outcomes, we are delighted to present our project brochure! 📖✨
In the 2024-2025 academic year, five schools and 2 municipalities will participate in this innovative initiative. By educating our children on the importance of road safety, we aim to foster a culture of awareness and responsibility from an early age.
