Thinking about studying in Prague, but want the flexibility to choose where you connect from? 👀

At Unicorn University Unicorn University, education goes beyond lectures and textbooks. From the first semester, you work on real projects, tackle practical assignments and learn to collaborate in teams, the same skills you'll need once you start your career. 💻🎓

You can choose from Bachelor's programmes in Business Management, Software Development or Artificial Intelligence, fields that connect technology, data and business with what today's job market actually needs. Most programmes are taught in both Czech and English, so you don't need to speak the local language to earn a degree here.

Prefer to study without relocating to Prague? Business Management and Software Development are also available online in selected formats, including admissions, exams and final state exams. 🌍

After your Bachelor's, you can continue with Master's programmes in Applied Economics and Data Analysis or Software Engineering and Big Data. 🧑‍💻

One card = a whole summer of student prices 🥳

If you're an international student in Czechia, your ISIC card works the same way it does for Czech students. That means discounts on trains, festivals, aquaparks, restaurants, shopping, and even the supplies you'll need for next semester. 💫

The catch is that these discounts aren't always advertised. A lot of the time you have to ask before you pay, and plenty of students leave the card at home without realising how much it could save them across a full summer. 👀

In the article, you'll find:
🎟 which summer activities, from aquaparks to festivals, cost less with ISIC
🚆 how to save on travel around Czechia and abroad
💬 the one simple question that unlocks discounts most people miss

Your dorm contract might end sooner than you think - sometimes right in the middle of exam season. 😬

At many Czech universities, the standard dorm contract runs only until the end of June. If you're hoping to stay in Czechia over the summer, whether for a job, an internship, or just to travel, that can leave you hunting for a place to live exactly when you have the least time for it.

The good news? You usually have more options than you'd expect. From summer housing in the dorms to taking over someone's room for a few months, there's almost always a way to bridge the gap, as long as you start looking early.

In the article, you'll find:
🏠 how to check when your dorm contract actually ends
📑 whether your dorm offers summer accommodation (and why you shouldn't wait to apply)
🔑 where to find affordable short-term housing for July, August and September
💼 a lesser-known way to get a place to stay through a summer job

Do you ever feel like you spend hours studying but the results never quite match the effort? During exam season, it's often not about how much time you put in. It's about how you actually study. 💭

Some of the habits that feel like hard work - endless reading, switching between subjects, studying late into the night - are often the very things that hurt your grades the most. The good news is that most of these mistakes are easy to spot once you know what to look for. And once you do, studying becomes less exhausting and far more effective. 💪

In the article, you'll learn:
📱 why multitasking quietly cuts your focus in half
📖 the difference between reading your notes and actually learning them
⏰ why studying for hours without breaks usually backfires 🛌 why rest and a life outside school aren't time wasted
🧠 simple techniques that make studying actually stick

A final thought: exams aren't about how much you can endure. They're about how clearly you can think when it matters. Treat your brain well, and it'll do the same for you. ✨

👉 If you want to make this exam season less exhausting and more effective, read the full article in our online Live & Study magazine: "The Most Common Mistakes During Exam Season And Why They Hurt Your Grades" https://www.czechuniversities.com/article/the-most-common-mistakes-during-exam-season-and-why-they-hurt-your-grades
