Earlier this academic year, the Center for Global Engagement at UNYP set out with a simple goal: to show that Erasmus+ is not only for students. It is also a valuable opportunity for our staff.
Through a university-wide staff mobility campaign, including information sessions, direct outreach, and cross-departmental collaboration, we encouraged colleagues to take advantage of the many professional development opportunities available through Erasmus+.
We are proud to share the results:
• 18 staff mobilities between October 2025 and July 2026
• 15 training mobilities, including SCOPE, the CEEMAN EdTech Bootcamp, Erasmus+ Staff Weeks, job shadowing, and other professional development activities
• 3 teaching mobilities
This year, we supported colleagues from Career Services, the Center for Global Engagement, the Registrar, the International Student Office, the School of Psychology, the School of International Relations & Media Studies, and the School of Business.
It has been inspiring to see colleagues embrace new opportunities to learn, exchange ideas, and build international connections that will benefit our entire university community.
We are grateful to UNYP leadership for its continued commitment to investing in the professional growth of our staff. We also thank EDUCA, DZS (the Czech National Agency for International Education and Research), and the ACA TCA Staff Mobility Training for their support in expanding these opportunities.
We look forward to building on this momentum and supporting even more staff members on their international journeys in the years ahead.
