I will be teaching at yogAlive until the end of June before heading on a chase for some more sun myself 😉 My July and August classes will be substituted by the lovely Alice Joštová, and I will be back with fresh yoga sequences on August 17th 🕉

studio is celebrating its 6th birthday today 🥳. Thank you for your favour and support 🙏 which we appreciate a lot no matter if you were with us for shorter or longer time or of you are still with us and we cant even say how happy we are about what we have already achieved together ☺️. We are proud of every step you take on your yoga path, your joy and improvement of your physical health and mental peace. It all gives the meaninh to our job! Thank you endlessly and we are already looking forward to who know how many more years 😉...

Big thank you goes to all the teachers, too ❤️...You are great! Individually as well as a team 🤗...Like you a lot!

Yesterday I held my last yoga class for this year. Thanks to all my students for your support and dedication 🙏
We continue with virtual lessons in January, and hopefully next year brings more opportunities to practice in person again 😉
