Sincoolka club is providing training sessions again!

🇨🇿 TRÉNINKY
Od března můžete každé úterý od 18:30 navštěvovat fitness tréninky. Cvičení budou zaměřena na posilování a zpevnění středu těla, na stabilitu.
Můžete se těšit na kruhové tréninky, posilování s vlastní vahou a na protahování. Na každý trénink se přihlas na recepci, podmínkou pro přihlášení je sportovní členství.

🇬🇧 TRAINING SESSIONS
From March onwards you can go to weekly fitness training sessions each Tuesday at 6:30 pm. The workouts will be focused on strengthening the body core and building stability. There will be circuit workouts, lifting your own weight and stretching. You can sign up for each training at the reception if you have the sports membership.
