The Ambassador is here 👏
You’ve probably heard your Taiwanese friends tell you all kinds of things about Taiwan, but trust me——you’ve never heard an ambassador share Taiwan’s culture and history with you like this 🙌
This time, we looked at Taiwan from a different angle and professional perspective. Throughout the session, we were also reminded that language and culture are deeply interconnected. ✨The values, ways of thinking, and daily habits behind a culture are often hidden within its language—the words people choose, how they express ideas, and how they address others all reflect the culture itself✨
During the Q&A session, everyone asked so many thoughtful and discussion-worthy questions——it was amazing to see such strong interest in Taiwan🫶
In the future, the UAAT–ICU Mandarin Learning Center will continue hosting more diverse events. Stay tuned and join us as we explore more stories of Mandarin and culture together🤝

Ambasador je tady 👏
Určitě jste už slyšeli spoustu věcí o Tchaj-wanu od svých tchajwanských kamarádů, ale věřte mi——takhle jste ještě neslyšeli, aby vám o tchajwanské kultuře a historii povídal ambasador 🙌
Tentokrát jsme se na Tchaj-wan podívali z jiného úhlu a profesionální perspektivy. Během setkání jsme si také připomněli, že jazyk a kultura jsou hluboce propojené. ✨Hodnoty, způsob myšlení a každodenní návyky jsou často ukryté přímo v jazyce—v tom, jaká slova lidé volí, jak vyjadřují své myšlenky a jak oslovují ostatní. To všechno odráží samotnou kulturu.✨
Během Q&A jste pokládali spoustu promyšlených a diskuse hodných otázek——bylo skvělé vidět, jak velký zájem o Tchaj-wan máte 🫶
