So yesterday I went for an ordinary oil change in my car, and the guy told me very plainly that the air filter is so dirty that it’s difficult for the car to breath… I didn’t expect this kind of wisdom at that moment. It hit me. The past few weeks have been quite energy consuming, and I’m not sure I have enough time to allow myself to breath and resource. Very good reminder, tnx Mr mechanic 🙏🏼

It’s October 7, again.
For some people it will always stay the same, every day, forever.
Two years of nonstop anguish, anxiety, violence, terror, disappointment, hate, blame, and of course - trauma. Lots of trauma.
This is just a partial list.
Maybe just for today we could put aside views and arguments, and simply recognize the levels of destruction we’ve been normalized into?
Can we all pause and breathe it in?
This is an insane reality, and we’re all part of creating it somehow together.

Embracing peace in the midst of chaos ☮️

Our world seems to be in turmoil. Rough energies are flowing everywhere, and it might feel like standing right in the middle of a hurricane.

I’m happy to invite you for a one hour online meeting, where we will find some balance and connect with other precious souls around the globe, as we all deserve a bit of confidence and warmth these days.

There will be a space for sharing and also practicing a beautiful technique by Osho for centering and relaxing.

Roughly 15 years ago, somehow the universe put me in a room full of other beautifully crazy souls, facilitated by some strange guy, where we were all doing some weird things and practicing some bizarre meditations...

This was my first ever alternative workshop experience, and it opened the door for my long journey of healing which is still ongoing.

My whole system had an explosive reaction, a burst back into life after being in a kind of coma for long time.

There was a moment during this group, maybe a lunch break, where an image came to my mind about a soul being freed from its cage.

Another participant helped me sketch sth which of course I lost later on, and then a few years later my sister who is a talented sketch artist helped me draw it out of a distant memory into sth relevant and useful.

Fast forward to today, alternative became mainstream, feeling grateful and blessed for the ability to offer others at least some of the magic and healing I received myself over the years, and happy to invite you to join a series of online meetings where we can put our differences aside, connect, meditate, and heal on a cosmic level.

Tomorrow we will practice OSHO Gibberish Meditation, which is a beautiful technique to get rid of unnecessary rubbish and quiet the mind.
