🏰✨ Another inspiring day of our Business Immersion Summer School is behind us!

This time, our students visited the Koulier factory, where they had the opportunity to explore the craftsmanship, creativity, and production processes behind traditional Czech glass ornaments. Since the students are currently working on projects for Koulier, the visit gave them valuable insight directly from practice. 💡🇨🇿

The day also included a visit to the beautiful Loučeň Castle, where students discovered another piece of Czech history and culture.

International experience, real business challenges, and cultural exploration — all part of the Business Immersion journey at MÚVS. 🌍🙌

🎓 Another successful edition of our University Preparatory Programme has come to an end!

Last Wednesday, May 20, we held the final session of this year’s programme at MIAS, CTU in Prague. Over the past months, students from around the world have been preparing for their future university studies, developing academic skills, improving their English, and getting to know student life in the Czech Republic. 🌍📚

We are proud to have been part of your journey and grateful for all the energy, curiosity, and international spirit you brought to the classroom.

We wish all our students the very best in their future studies and personal paths — good luck with your admissions, exams, and new beginnings! 💙

🇮🇹 Our students from MÚVS CTU took part in the international BIP programme “Bridging Cultures Through Digital Innovation: Sustainable Food Horizons”, hosted by LUMSA University.

During ten intensive days, they collaborated with students from Italy and Romania on projects focused on sustainability, digital innovation, and the future of food systems. 🌱💡

Nine of our students worked in international teams on their own ideas — from market analysis and business models to go-to-market strategies for products and services. The programme also included expert lectures, meetings with companies, and visits to businesses from the food industry sector.

The programme concluded with final presentations in front of an expert jury. 🏆 The winning project, VerdiChain, introduced the use of digital tools and AI to reduce food waste in food processing and distribution.

Thank you to all students and organisers for representing MÚVS CTU in an international environment and building new international connections! 🌍

🇺🇸✈️ The second edition of the Business Immersion Summer School has officially started at MÚVS!

This week, we welcomed students from the University of Texas at San Antonio – Carlos Alvarez College of Business, and the next two weeks will be packed with inspiring activities, collaboration, and new experiences. 🌍

Participants will work on real-life projects for Czech companies such as Lasvit, TON and Koulier. The programme includes company visits, workshops, lectures, and teamwork focused on business, creativity, design thinking, and intercultural communication. 💡

Students will also explore Czech culture and Prague through a rich accompanying programme — from historical landmarks and a boat cruise on the Vltava River to trips beyond the capital city. 🏛️🚤

We are proud to once again connect students, academics, and industry partners in an international environment that brings together education and real-world experience. 🙌

🚨 Erasmus+ project S.H.I.E.L.D. continues!

An international consortium meeting took place in Volos 🇬🇷, bringing together partners working on strengthening cybersecurity and digital skills.

The project focuses on protecting sensitive data and improving resilience to cyber threats—especially in healthcare and social care sectors 🏥💻
It also supports the development of digital skills among the older generation.

🧠 What’s happening now?
✔️ Development of an accredited study program (3 ECTS)
✔️ Creation of an open e-learning platform
✔️ Mobile app with real-life cyber threat simulations

🇳🇴🌍 From Stavanger with new energy ideas

We joined partners in Stavanger for the Repower Regions meeting under Erasmus+. The project focuses on skills in heating & cooling to support decarbonisation and regional energy transition ⚡

Alongside project work on new curricula and local alliances, we visited IVAR to see sustainable waste management in action and explored local context at Fagskolen Rogaland.
