The puppet theater "Kašpárkova říše" in Olmouc preforms on Sundays at 15:00 admissions 50 KC. in Czech but worth going at least once regardless. It is right next to the ice arena in Slovanske Dum (the enterance is from the side next to the arena -- put the address Hynaisova 554/11, Nová Ulice, 779 00 Olomouc in google)
(Unfortunately, none of the performances scheduled for the fall are exceptionally famous, but they do a good job.)

Stolperstein (German) or Stubling Blocks are cobblestones installed in sidewalks by a private initiative in front of the last place of residence (or work) of victims of the Holocaust. Many can be found around Olomouc. The Google maps page linked to here shows their locations and in many cases includes photographs of the people. An interesting way to put a face on history as you are walking around the city.
