This boat cruises the waters of the Lipno Dam on the Vltava River. Yes, it´s in South Bohemia and Český Krumlov is nearby. The Medard Dam near Sokolov (18 km from Karlovy Vary) is expected to be something similar. To be finished in 2013, Wow, looking forward to it.

Do you wanna know where the confluence of the Teplá and Ohře River is? Just walk from the colonnades along the Teplá River and you´ll see it under the bridge heading towards the Upper Train Station. This picture was taken from the other side.

Ready for something fairly new? You´ll find this view point just beside Aberg in the Karlovy Vary town woods.

Snow and more snow. That´s how you would describe the end of this year in Karlovy Vary. Kids are having a good time while some adults are calling summer to come back again.

St Nicolas accompanied by angels and devils were giving sweets to children. Misbehaving kids have received potatoes instead.

The pedestrian side of a bridge heading to the Meander of Ohře Playground was accessible for a few days in July even though the railing was missing. One gets on the bridge and at some point realizes: Wow, something is not here! Should I go back or try to cross it?

Did you know that this T Rex is also a big fan of Karlovy Vary? It is to be found in Dinopark Pilsen. Just say you love Karlovy Vary and it won´t hurt you.

Mňága a Žďorp revisited the Karlovy Vary Region, this time Sokolov and didn´t forget to play their breakthrough hit "Hodinový hotel" - An Hourly Rate Hotel; the lyrics going like...the world has been just an hourly rate hotel and my room remains to be cold & empty...Thanx a lot!
