OpenAI have released a new model, GPT Image 1.5, for image generation — a direct competitor to Google’s Nano Banana Pro. On the first try, it produces photorealistic outputs with decent face preservation. Available in ChatGPT. Input: a simple selfie + prompt: “Draw me as a TED speaker."

Over the past 10 years, the quality of life index in the Czech Republic has risen significantly.
The company Numbeo has published its Quality of Life Index, which ranks countries based on living costs, safety levels, quality and accessibility of healthcare, pollution, and user feedback.
The country has also improved its position in the ranking derived from the index — moving from 27th to 23rd place in the world.
The Czech Republic is now just behind the United Kingdom and ranks ahead of Belgium, Canada, and France.
By the way, Estonia is in 15th place and Lithuania in 21st.

Of course, no such ranking is a completely objective picture of reality — and this one reflects a lot of how citizens perceive their own country — but it certainly gives a general idea of the kind of country we’re currently living in.

After saying goodbye to our Hungarian students, a new week begins for our Bulgarian group!

This week, students are putting into practice everything they learned last week through a week-long project they’ll present at the end of the week. Each team has been given a unique scenario to develop and analyse, exploring real-life digital challenges and responsible online behaviour.

Their scenarios are:
🔹 The Leaked Group Chat
🔹 The Viral Misinformation Post
🔹 The Influencer Dilemma
🔹 The AI-Generated Photo

We're looking forward to seeing how they apply what they’ve learned in their final presentations!

"Don’t believe everything you see on social media…"
That was the focus of yesterday’s sessions with our mobility students from Bulgaria and Hungary.

Students explored how to evaluate the authenticity of online sources and took a closer look at their digital footprints - reflecting on what they might want to change in their online behaviour.

The day ended with a intercultural exchange intercultural exchange with Czech students - there were songs, dances, tongue twisters, quizzes and traditional foods from all our countries.
