ESERA Summer School 2017

Plenaries to be open! We are pleased to inform you that the plenary presentations of the ESERA Virtual Doctoral Network will be open to all doctoral students to view live.

Short notification related to ESERA Conference 2019 in Bologna ☝️📢🇮🇹:
The Summer School students who have applied for the special invited poster session will not receive an email of acceptance since the invited posters, like all the invited presentations, didn't pass through the review process. The applicants will receive a communication around mid-july when the conference programme will be finalised.
The organizers confirmed that the applicants are accepted and they can register at the conference through the conference website.

In case you need to have an official invitation, the ESERA president can sign a standard letter of invitation (in this case you can write an email to "[email protected]").

Dear ESERA 2017 Summer School participants,

as you know, students of past summer schools are invited to present a poster at the ESERA conference at a special session for ESERA Summer School students. According to current plans, there will be no parallel program during the Summer School poster session.

You may apply by submitting your abstract on the ESERA2019 platform (https://www.esera2019.org/call-for-abstracts-2/). On the platform, you should tick the label "Invited summer school poster 2017". By using this label, you will be automatically accepted for Bologna and for the Summer School poster session.

Naturally, you may also apply for anything else, for example an oral presentation. In that case that application will go through the standard review process.
