Centre for literary and intercultural studies focuses on recent developments in literature within a broad transnational an intercultural context.
Its main aim is to foster professional research in a wide range of cultural phenomena transcending the sphere of national literatures.

The colloquium: “Film adaptation: a dialogue among approaches” will be held in Greifswald April 18 – 20, 2013.
The list of contributors of the Colloquium in Greifswald is being developed. There are still negotiations being made in terms of participants. However, the most up-to-date list already promises fruitful discussions on film adaptation viewed from different perspectives. A post colloquium collection of papers should be published in 2014.
