Lately, we’ve been spending most of our time at TRL Space, assembling KOSTKA in the cleanroom, marking a key milestone in the mission.
Big thanks for the support and for letting us use the cleanroom facilities. ✨

We’re happy to announce a change in YSpace leadership, the first since the team was founded in 2022 🙌🏻
As we enter a key phase for our missions and long-term growth, we’re building on the vision that started YSpace: a strong student led team delivering real space hardware, supported by our university environment and in collaboration with industry partners 🤝🏻🛰️
Šimon Sloboda is taking over as the new team lead.
His goal is to ensure the team has the platform, structure, and resources needed to keep developing and delivering new projects, together with our members, the university, and our company partners. He also wants to strengthen team spirit, support mentoring and knowledge sharing inside the team, and build stronger networking and collaboration with other student space teams across Czechia and Europe 💫

First KOSTKA fit check is complete!
We performed a test assembly to check dimensions, mechanisms, and final design of our CubeSat's structure, to verify everything fits well together.
Next up: PCB assembly, electronics testing, harness integration, and testing of deployable mechanisms.
Thank you very much Pharmix for your support!
