Laboratory of Service Systems

The Laboratory of Service Systems, also known as SeSLab, is based on the theory of Service Science, Service Design, and System Thinking.

Its general aim is to study the possibilities of service provision and their IT support, provisioned as a service, to bring maximal value to their users. The specific research focuses on the complex service environment, such as a Smart City, and the role of services in different contexts, along with the value for stakeholders and the general role of IT systems in such an environment. The laboratory has two separate sections, Smart City and Open Data, for specific research.
