I am 26 years old.
Vertigo was my biggest nightmare. Everything started during my middle school years, when most of the time, whenever I used any means of transportation — such as a car, airplane, or ship — I had to deal with vertigo.

The symptoms would begin with dizziness and nausea that left me unable to function, eventually leading to vomiting, which many times would not stop unless I visited a doctor. I simply had to endure it until it passed.

At the age of 21, after graduating from university, I started working. That was also the first time I experienced vertigo while at work, without having used any means of transportation. The situation became exhausting. I was constantly afraid it might happen in places where I would not be able to control it. So, I began visiting different doctors, all of whom confirmed that the issue was not related to my physical health.

Everything felt hopeless until someone recommended Mrs. Elia to me. I visited her and began sessions with her in November 2025.
December 2025 was the last time I experienced vertigo, and now it is May 2026, and I have not had a single episode since then.

We follow various techniques such as EFT, NLP, and meditation. She teaches me how to change my way of thinking and how to approach different problems with awareness and wisdom.
With Elia’s help, I am rebuilding my personality and looking toward the future with optimism.

Sometimes the mind needs to get a little lost so the soul can finally be heard. And honestly… what a gift that we even have places like this to return to. The forest doesn’t fix you—it gently reminds you who you were before the noise, the pressure, the endless doing. Feeling grateful for the quiet, the breath, and the simple magic of being able to step away and come back to myself. 🌲💚
