Bringing together expertise in law, financial services, and regulation, Christiana Konstantinidou joins ELTC’s team of trainers.

Christiana is a practising lawyer and the founder of Konstantinidou LLC, a boutique firm advising on corporate, commercial, and financial services law. Her experience spans private practice and in-house work within the financial services industry, with a focus on transactional matters, regulated entities, and the structuring and regulatory needs of companies and startups.

She holds an LL.B in Law from the University of Leicester and an MSc in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London. She is also a member of the Limassol Bar Association, CySEC Advanced certified, and holds an International Compliance Association qualification in Anti-Money Laundering.

At ELTC, Christiana brings this combined legal and financial perspective to seminars covering corporate law, financial regulation, and the legal dimensions of emerging technologies and AI.

Το εξειδικευμένο πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης του ELTC για τα Ευρωπαϊκά Πράσινα Ομόλογα, υπό την καθοδήγηση του Πρόδρομου Επιφανίου, προσφέρει μια ολοκληρωμένη και πρακτική προσέγγιση στις απαιτήσεις του Κανονισμού (ΕΕ) 2023/2631 και της EU Taxonomy.

Οι συμμετέχοντες θα εξοικειωθούν με:

Chloe holds an LL.B in Law from King’s College London and an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is a qualified Advocate and Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Panayiotis is the Chief Operating Officer of Crowdbase, Cyprus’s first regulated equity crowdfunding platform licensed by CySEC. He holds a BSc in Business Mathematics and Statistics from LSE, a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis from London Business School, and has successfully completed the CFA Level I and Level II examinations.

With expertise in financial analysis, valuation, investment structuring, and due diligence, Panayiotis brings extensive practical experience from working with startups, SMEs, and investment opportunities across Cyprus.

Through his work as a guest lecturer and workshop facilitator, he combines industry knowledge with a practical approach, helping learners connect financial concepts with real-world applications.

Eleni is a qualified lawyer and legal advisor with over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law. She currently serves as Head of Legal at Pen Hill Advisors, where she advises on complex cross-border structures, regulatory matters, and high-value transactions.

Her expertise spans corporate governance, M&A, AML/KYC compliance, fintech, and digital business models, supporting businesses and investors navigating complex regulatory environments.

Alongside her professional practice, Eleni holds an LL.B and two LL.M degrees, is a certified mediator and conciliator, and is currently pursuing a PhD focusing on software protection and the regulatory implications of the evolving EU AI framework.
