The Cookery School, Cyprus www.thecookeryschoolcyprus.com Just a little about me, for those that don't already know From then on there was no stopping me.

My love of food and cookinig began when I was a little girl, inspiring me to do a Cordon Bleu diploma course when I finished High school. I went on to run my own restuarant, manage hotels, be a contract catering manager then regional Quality Manager, open my private Catering business and culminating in teaching cookery at Manchester University.
