Organized with passion by Monika Kisielewicz, under the inspiring leadership of Ada Aleksiejew and ODN Szczecin, the event brought together educators, school leaders, and enthusiasts from across West Pomerania to explore creative approaches to teaching – with a spotlight on mental arithmetic.

The children have reached a new milestone on the mental arithmetic course at AMAkids Szombathely! To reach such a level of development, you need to acquire multiple skills and knowledge.

🧠 Mental arithmetic milestone - elements of successful advancement

1. Counting with confidence in abacus
• Adding and subtracting single and double digit numbers
• Quick and accurate ex*****on of manual operations
• Use of correct finger technique and calculation order
2. The evolution of mental calculation
• Internal display of the “picture” of Abacus (visualization)
• Perform operations in the head - without using abacus
• Increasing number speed (tasks completed on time)

The children from our group in Dobrzykowice have just completed their exam on the second unit of mental arithmetic – "Brothers". ✅👌🤯

The group’s average score was 66%, with the highest score reaching an impressive 96%! 😱

Our children from AMAkids Szombathely have successfully completed the Liberica course.
The kids say:
✔️ I had a good time on the course because: I made new friends, the company was super, the assignments were good, the readings were interesting, I liked the drawing team tasks, we could play on the projector.
✔️ I improved a lot during the course in that: I read faster, my comprehension of texts has improved, I can anticipate the note on the note, I write my phrases more interestingly, my reading technique has improved.
✔️ In the future, I will benefit from this: I will prepare for the papers easier, I will study faster and better, I will get better grades, I will go through the lesson faster before the papers, and I will write the reading diary easier.
