On 28 April, .com.cy Spring Festival took place at the Main Campus. Live Dj-sets, dancing contests, drinks and food kiosks, networking and lots of joy and laughters. We loved it. Did you? 🥰

On 7 May, we supported a Charity Haircut Event that took place at the Main Campus. offered haircuts in exchange of a donation to the charity organisation "Little Heroes" (Mikroiiroes.com.cy), a foundation for children with cancer and leukemia.

Our Student Clubs have been quite active these past few weeks. At the same time, we have had so much fun with student activities from the African, Cinema, Dance, Indian, International, Japanese, Music, Korean, LGBTQ+, Russian, Book, Human Biology (GR), Human Biology (EN) and the Social Activities clubs activities!

Με αφορμή τη Διεθνή Ημέρα Μουσείων και σε συνεργασία με την Ένωση Γραφιστών και Εικονογράφων Κύπρου (ΕΓΕΚ), η Λεβέντειος Πινακοθήκη παρουσιάζει τη δράση «Drink & Draw: Επαναπροσδιορίζοντας τα Κλασικά Έργα», στις 18 Μαΐου, από τις 18:00 έως τις 21:00. Η δράση μετατρέπει την παραδοσιακή εμπειρία θέασης έργων τέχνης σε ένα ζωντανό παιχνίδι ανακάλυψης, παρατήρησης και δημιουργίας, προσκαλώντας το κοινό να προσεγγίσει την τέχνη μέσα από μια βιωματική και συμμετοχική εμπειρία.

Οι συμμετέχοντες θα λάβουν μία postcard με γρίφο και θα περιηγηθούν στους εκθεσιακούς χώρους της Λεβεντείου Πινακοθήκης με στόχο να εντοπίσουν ένα συγκεκριμένο έργο τέχνης. Μέσα από την παρατήρηση, τη φωτογράφιση και την προσωπική τους σύνδεση με το έργο, θα κληθούν στη συνέχεια να δημιουργήσουν τη δική τους εκδοχή ή ερμηνεία πάνω στην postcard, στο πλαίσιο μιας δημιουργικής συνεδρίας Drink & Draw.

Ο Εθνικός Διαγωνισμός Δεξιοτήτων SkillsCyprus είναι βασισμένος στο πρότυπο του Ευρωπαϊκού Διαγωνισμού Euroskills, ο οποίος διοργανώνεται από τον Ευρωπαϊκό Οργανισμό Worldskills Εurope (WSE). Στόχος του Διαγωνισμού είναι η προσέλκυση περισσότερων νέων στα τεχνικά επαγγέλματα και η αναβάθμιση της επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης και των επαγγελματικών δεξιοτήτων.

Ο Διαγωνισμός αυτός αποτελεί μια εξαιρετική ευκαιρία για νέους και νέες, μέχρι 25 ετών, να δοκιμάσουν τις δεξιότητές τους σε πραγματικές συνθήκες διαγωνισμού, να αποκτήσουν πολύτιμη εμπειρία, να γνωρίσουν επαγγελματίες του κλάδου και να διεκδικήσουν συμμετοχή στον Ευρωπαϊκό Διαγωνισμό Euroskills, που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Düsseldorf της Γερμανίας μεταξύ 22 και 26 Σεπτεμβρίου 2027.

Ο 9ος Εθνικός Διαγωνισμός Δεξιοτήτων SkillsCyprus 2026 θα διεξαχθεί στο χώρο της Κρατικής Έκθεσης στη Λευκωσία, από τις 29 έως την 31η Οκτωβρίου 2026, θα είναι ανοικτός για επισκέπτες/επισκέπτριες και θα καλύψει περίπου 20 ειδικότητες.

Η προθεσμία υποβολής αιτήσεων είναι μέχρι τις 31/5/2026.
