Our November extensive flexibility sessions are designed for people from all walks of life and is for people who are keen on attaining safe flexibility wether that is for peaking in their athletic performance or in their overall physical health.

Flexibility training isn’t limited to athletes, and is very much gender neutral contrary to what is believed! It is essential in our everyday life irrespective of the nature of your gender, job or lifestyle.

ᴛʜᴇꜱᴇ ꜱᴇꜱꜱɪᴏɴꜱ ᴄᴏɴꜱɪꜱᴛꜱ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ꜰᴏʟʟᴏᴡɪɴɢ:

✨Unlocking tightness in your hips and legs through hip openers, passive and active flexibility exercises.

✨Deepening back bends and spine flexibility using conditioning and strengthening through contortion based exercises.

✨Opening up the body and letting go of stiffness through correct breathing and engagement.

✨Last but not least, build a deeper connection with your body.

An afternoon with about the inclusivity of pole dance, with the spotlight on our student Yiannis and different matters around our sport as a practise, a workout, expression, art and most importantly as a community.

Thank you so much Andreas and .georgiou for a great afternoon and for approaching this matter in such a delicate way in presenting the element of men in pole, which is quite a rare phenomenon in our island.
