The Science Buddies Engineering Challenge has been successfully completed by our amazing Class 2 STEM Students! They designed a rubber band car with limited resources, putting their creativity and problem-solving abilities to the test. They were rewarded for their efforts with a Certificate of Achievement, which demonstrated their inventiveness and tenacity. We are so proud of our aspiring engineers!

Our Class 3 STEM students explored projectile motion and potential elastic energy. They engineered their very own marshmallow-throwing catapults. 🌟 Facing two challenges – one for distance and one for accuracy – they fine-tuned their designs for each task.💡 It's hands-on learning at its best, combining physics principles with creative engineering!

Our innovative Class 2 STEM students crafted electric quiz boards that bring learning to life! They designed electrical circuits on various themes. It's hands-on, interactive, and a brilliant way to make education electrifying! ⚡️

Our Class 3 STEM have been working with students in Australia at the Geelong Tech School! The Global Design Challenge focuses on creating solutions to real-world problems through a six week programme. Thank you to Natasha Shukuruglu & Lachlan Patrick for coming to Cyprus to provide PD sessions and assisting with setting up equipment, software and resources which were generously donated by The Department of Education Victoria. The Grammar School Class 3 STEM students excelled at the Youth Tech Fest 2023! 🏆 Their dedication to the project "Investigating Shark Movement" earned them a prestigious award, celebrating their commitment to multidisciplinary learning and project-based exploration. It's incredible to witness young minds diving into complex topics, blending science, tech, engineering, and math to unravel the mysteries of shark movement. 🦈 Congratulations to these future innovators for their outstanding work!
