The Science Buddies Engineering Challenge has been successfully completed by our amazing Class 2 STEM Students! They designed a rubber band car with limited resources, putting their creativity and problem-solving abilities to the test. They were rewarded for their efforts with a Certificate of Achievement, which demonstrated their inventiveness and tenacity. We are so proud of our aspiring engineers!

Our Class 3 STEM students explored projectile motion and potential elastic energy. They engineered their very own marshmallow-throwing catapults. π Facing two challenges β one for distance and one for accuracy β they fine-tuned their designs for each task.π‘ It's hands-on learning at its best, combining physics principles with creative engineering!

Our Class 3 STEM have been working with students in Australia at the Geelong Tech School! The Global Design Challenge focuses on creating solutions to real-world problems through a six week programme. Thank you to Natasha Shukuruglu & Lachlan Patrick for coming to Cyprus to provide PD sessions and assisting with setting up equipment, software and resources which were generously donated by The Department of Education Victoria.
