EHPS 2026 στην Κύπρο | European Health Psychology Society Conference
Ο Σύνδεσμος Ψυχολόγων Κύπρου (ΣΨΚ) χαιρετίζει με ιδιαίτερη χαρά τη διεξαγωγή του EHPS 2026 Conference στην Κύπρο, μιας σημαντικής διεθνούς επιστημονικής διοργάνωσης στον χώρο της Ψυχολογίας της Υγείας.
Η φιλοξενία ενός συνεδρίου αυτού του επιπέδου στην Κύπρο αποτελεί σημαντική ευκαιρία για επιστημονική ανταλλαγή, διάχυση σύγχρονης γνώσης, ανάπτυξη συνεργασιών και ενίσχυση της παρουσίας της κυπριακής ψυχολογικής κοινότητας στον ευρωπαϊκό και διεθνή επιστημονικό χώρο.
Ο ΣΨΚ στηρίζει έμπρακτα πρωτοβουλίες που προάγουν την επιστημονική γνώση, τη συνεχή επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη και τη διασύνδεση της ψυχολογίας στην Κύπρο με τη διεθνή επιστημονική κοινότητα.
Ιδιαίτερα θερμά συγχαρητήρια στον Δρ Angelos Kassianos, μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του ΣΨΚ και Πρόεδρος της Επιτροπής Διοργάνωσης του EHPS 2026, για την ανάληψη και τον συντονισμό αυτής της σημαντικής διοργάνωσης, καθώς και στα μέλη του ΣΨΚ που συνέβαλαν ενεργά στην οργάνωσή της, μεταξύ των οποίων η Δρ Maria Karekla.
Κατά την τελετή έναρξης του Συνεδρίου, χαιρετισμό απηύθυνε ο Υπουργός Υγείας, κος Χαραλαμπίδης, υπογραμμίζοντας με την παρουσία του τη σημασία της διοργάνωσης και του πεδίου της Ψυχολογίας της Υγείας. Στη συνέχεια, εκ μέρους του Συνδέσμου Ψυχολόγων Κύπρου, χαιρετισμό απηύθυνε η Δρ Vasiliki Christodoulou, εκπροσωπώντας το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο του Συνδέσμου.
Ευχόμαστε στους διοργανωτές, στους ομιλητές και σε όλους τους συμμετέχοντες/τις συμμετέχουσες να είχαν ένα παραγωγικό και δημιουργικό συνέδριο, με ουσιαστικές επιστημονικές ανταλλαγές και νέες συνεργασίες.

EHPS 2026 in Cyprus | European Health Psychology Society Conference
The Cyprus Psychologists’ Association (CyPSA) is delighted to welcome the EHPS 2026 Conference to Cyprus, an important international scientific event in the field of Health Psychology.
Hosting a conference of this calibre in Cyprus provides a valuable opportunity for scientific exchange, dissemination of contemporary knowledge, development of new collaborations, and strengthening the presence of the Cypriot psychological community within the European and international scientific landscape.
CyPSA is committed to supporting initiatives that advance scientific knowledge, promote continuing professional development, and strengthen the connections between psychology in Cyprus and the wider international scientific community.
We extend our warmest congratulations to Dr Kassianos, member of the CyPSA Board of Directors and Chair of EHPS 2026, for leading and coordinating this important event, as well as to CyPSA members who have actively contributed to its organization, including Dr Karekla.
During the opening ceremony, the Minister of Health, Mr Charalambides, delivered a welcome address, underscoring the importance of the Conference and the field of Health Psychology. This was followed by a welcome address on behalf of the Cyprus Psychologists’ Association, delivered by Dr Christodoulou, representing the CyPSA Board of Directors.
We wish the organisers, speakers, and all participants had a productive and inspiring conference, filled with meaningful scientific exchange, new ideas, and opportunities for collaboration.
