As part of the STORYLIGHT project, we are developing an innovative online storytelling course designed to support migrant women in sharing their experiences, building digital skills, and strengthening their voices through creative expression.
The course will offer practical guidance on:
🎥 Digital storytelling techniques
✍️ Story development and creative writing
🎙️ Audio and video recording
💻 Digital tools for editing and production
🤝 Reflection, sharing, and community learning
By combining storytelling with digital learning, STORYLIGHT aims to create inclusive educational opportunities that empower participants to tell their stories with confidence and purpose.

HUB NICOSIA is seeking to recruit a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth, visibility, and impact.
HUB NICOSIA is a non-profit educational NGO based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Through local and European collaborations, HUB NICOSIA creates opportunities for learning, innovation, and positive social change.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with strong strategic, managerial, networking, and communication skills to help expand the organisation, strengthen its reputation, build partnerships, and increase its visibility and influence in Cyprus and across Europe.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead the strategic growth and development of the organisation
✔ Increase the visibility and recognition of HUB NICOSIA locally and across Europe
✔ Lead the develop of partnerships with organisations, institutions, companies, and public authorities
✔ Lead the development of new initiatives, projects, and funding opportunities
✔ Oversee organisational operations and team coordination
✔ Represent HUB NICOSIA at meetings, conferences, networking events, and public activities
✔ Contribute to sustainability, and long-term organisational growth
🔹 Ideal Candidate
✅ Proven leadership, networking, and experience within the NGO sector
✅ Strong communication and partnership-building skills
✅ Strong Experience with EU programmes and funded projects
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking
✅ Passion for innovation, education, entrepreneurship, and social impact
✅ Excellent command of English (Greek is an advantage)
💼 Competitive Package:
Starting Salary: €36,000 per year + Performance Bonus

Hub Nicosia is proud to start another Erasmus+ learning journey within the CivicDesign4HER project.
We are proud to be part of this meaningful KA220 ADU initiative, addressing systemic design framework for inclusive civic participation of migrant women.
The kick-off meeting already took place in Hannover, Germany, on February 3-5th 2026, and we are now looking forward to delving deep into the project activities.
