✨ Two inspiring days of learning, collaboration, and action!
On 20–21 May, we successfully completed a 14-hour training programme on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), equipping participants with practical tools to create more inclusive workplaces in the financial sector for the DEIMAN4Finance project.
Together, we explored disability inclusion, gender equality, multicultural competence, inclusive language, and EU regulations, while engaging in hands-on activities that challenged us to identify barriers, address bias, and develop real-world solutions.
A special highlight was ensuring full accessibility throughout the hybrid training, enabling meaningful participation for everyone involved.

🚀 The Drones360 project successfully completed the C1 Training Mobility in Warsaw, bringing together partners from across Europe to explore how emerging technologies can transform Vocational Education and Training (VET)! 🌍✈️
Over three intensive days, participants engaged in hands-on learning focused on:
✅ Drone technology & regulations
✅ Coding, 3D design & digital skills
✅ Environmental monitoring & inspection
✅ Drone mission planning & FPV flying
✅ VR & AR simulations for training
✅ Green and STEAM-related competencies
Hosted by the Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute (Instytut Ochrony Środowiska - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy), the training combined expert presentations, practical drone exercises, and innovative XR demonstrations to strengthen the connection between education, sustainability, and the future labor market.
DRONES360 aims to empower VET trainers and learners with the skills needed for the green and digital transition by integrating drones, VR, and AR technologies into education and training pathways. 🌱💡

🇨🇾 The Pilot Testing Phase 1 in Cyprus has successfully concluded with two engaging sessions by Δήμος Λευκωσίας - Nicosia Municipality and Emphasys Centre, bringing together participants to explore the future of smart city resilience and certification.
The first pilot session took place face-to-face on 27 April 2026 at the CYENS Centre of Excellence TechHub in Nicosia, while the second session was held online on 26th of May 2026, enabling wider participation and discussion.
During the sessions, participants were introduced to the SMARCO project, the certification process and methodology, and the short-term courses:
🔹 Smart City Resilience Engineer (SCRE)
🔹 Smart City Resilient-solutions Procurer/Planner (SCRP)
The workshops also included exploration of the SMARCO website and upcoming activities, followed by an open discussion where participants shared valuable feedback and insights.
A big thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the successful completion of Phase 1 pilot testing in Cyprus and to our Cypriot partners, the Nicosia Municipality, Smart Nicosia for the support! 🙌

As the 3Deco-Preneurs4vet project comes to an end, we would like to thank all partners, educators, trainers, students, and stakeholders who contributed to this inspiring journey! 🌍✨
Together, we promoted digital innovation, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship in VET through 3D Modelling, Design, and Printing technologies.
Although the project has officially concluded, all project materials, tools, and learning resources remain freely available online for educators, learners, and professionals to continue exploring and using.

🚀 Inspiring week in Nicosia, Cyprus 🇨🇾
From 18–22 May 2026, participants gathered for the Erasmus+ KA2 project training:
“AI in ACTION: Integration of AI powered tools and methodologies in the VET sector” Submission No. 2025-1-DE02-KA122-VET-000345603
Throughout the training, participants explored:

The programme combined hands-on workshops, collaborative learning, project development, and intercultural exchange, empowering VET professionals with practical AI skills for the future of education and training.

📍 Mainz, Germany | 4th TPM and Final Conference | 21–22 May 2026
Over the past two days, we had the pleasure of coming together in Mainz for the 4th Transnational Project Meeting and the Final Conference of our project focused on AIinEducation and Self Learning.
The meeting gave partners the opportunity to review the final stages of the project, discuss reporting, evaluation, quality management, dissemination activities, and ensure that all project materials and outputs were completed and ready for publication. More importantly, it was a moment to reflect on the collaboration, commitment, and shared vision that brought this project to life.
The Final Conference created an inspiring space for dialogue around the role of Artificial Intelligence in adult education, digital learning, and the future of self directed learning across Europe. Sharing the project’s results and exchanging experiences with participants and stakeholders was a meaningful way to conclude this journey together.
