We are proud to welcome Emphasys Centre as an Exhibitor of INSPIRE 2026 – Entrepreneurial Festival.

Emphasys Centre operates since 1998 as a leading Professional Training, Research and Software Development Centre. It is a member of the Pact for Skills (Digital industrial ecosystem) and a national leader of the InvesTECH Centre of Vocational Excellence hosting a state-of-the-art Digital Innovation Hub. Approved by the MOEC and employing HRDA-certified trainers, it delivers validated upskilling programmes, including Erasmus+ KA1 Learning Mobility in emerging technologies, e-commerce, green transition etc. Its software unit develops accessible digital learning tools, XR simulations, AI-powered chatbots, apps etc. As a research centre Emphasys is implementing projects under Erasmus+, CERV, CREA and AMIF, supported by extensive European networks including EfVET, EVBB, DLEARN, EASPD.

Emphasys participated in the ROBOTEX event, where we had the opportunity to present the to participants, educators, students, and key stakeholders 🤖✨

The event provided an excellent platform to showcase SMARCO’s mission and objectives, focusing on advancing smart, sustainable, and innovative approaches in education and skills development. Throughout the day, we engaged with the robotics and innovation community, exchanged ideas, and discussed how emerging technologies can support learning, collaboration, and future-ready competences 🚀

It was a valuable opportunity to connect with inspiring individuals and organisations, explore potential synergies, and contribute to meaningful conversations around the future of robotics, STEM education, and innovation in Europe 🤝🌍

🚀 Building the future of Europe's 5G workforce starts today.

The CoRe 5G project is bringing together education, industry, and innovation to develop the skills needed for resilient, secure, and sustainable 5G networks across Europe.
Funded by the Erasmus+ Centres of Vocational Excellence initiative, CoRe 5G unites 22 beneficiaries and 8 associated partners across 7 European countries to create a collaborative ecosystem that prepares learners and professionals for the next generation of telecommunications.

Through Innovation Labs, digital twin learning environments, industry partnerships, and cutting-edge training, the project is equipping the workforce with the expertise required to support Europe's digital and green transition.

🌍 SCHOOLinHUB Stakeholder Webinar 🌍

Join us for the SchoolinHub Stakeholder Webinar, organised by Emphasys Centre in collaboration with Citizensact , and discover how innovative educational approaches can support the language learning and social integration of migrant children and their families.

The webinar is organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ SCHOOLinHUB project - An innovative and holistic programme in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) to support language learning and the integration of migrant children and parents based on CLIL, Social Stories and Gamification approaches.

SCHOOLinHUB aims to promote the successful social and educational inclusion of migrant children and their families by strengthening language learning and encouraging meaningful collaboration between schools, families, and local communities. Through innovative methodologies and practical educational resources, the project supports educators in creating more inclusive and welcoming learning environments.

During the webinar, participants will:
📌 Learn about the project's objectives, activities, and expected results.
📌 Explore the educational resources and innovative methodologies developed through SCHOOLinHUB.

🚀 SMARCO Pilot Testing Sessions in Cyprus – A Success!

The successfully completed its pilot testing phase in Cyprus, bringing together professionals, learners, and stakeholders to test and validate the training content and methodology for smart city skills and micro-credentials.

Organised by Emphasys Centre in collaboration with Nicosia Municipality, the pilot included three interactive sessions held in April, May, and June 2026, delivered in both face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.

Across all sessions, participants engaged in:
Introduction to the SMARCO project and objectives
Presentation of the certification process and training methodology
Exploration of the Smart City Resilience Engineer (SCRE) and Smart City Resilient Solutions Procurer/Planner (SCRP) programmes
Hands-on use of the SMARCO platform and learning materials
Open discussions and feedback collection on skills needs and programme improvement
Final session activities including micro-credentials presentation and certificate awarding

The pilot phase provided valuable insights to further enhance the training programmes and ensure alignment with real labour market needs in the smart city and sustainability sectors.
