The first and original Business Comprehensive Insurance, launched in the 1990's is now updated, and we are ready to implement our brand new CI. In order to train our associates, our director Anthie Zachariadou came up with her favourite learning method - the "test". The School is overwhelmed by the responses given to the Q/A method, which was based on real claim scenarios and delved deeply into the essence of the complicated Combined Policy. School is busy with online training. Today our colleagues and associates were busy becoming acquainted with new industry developments and amendments 📋 🔑🔐👩‍🎓

Training staff/associates/agents re required CPD hours through email messages. Simply read and absorb an updated Policy and then pass a "test". School is looking forward to receiving test answers, evaluating and handing out certificates for CPD hours. Absorbing, analysing, applying claim scenarios to match Policy wordings and decide on compensation is the essence of the insurance professional's work.

Our School has completed an all-day training seminar on “Creative Solutions”, covering a wide range of insurance-based issues, problems and innovative methods of approach, all while offering hours and hours of CPD. Overall, a productive, immersive, creative day at work! Well done to the team 👏👏👊

Due to current circumstances, our School is suspending all seminars and CPD training. If all goes well, there will be time to complete everything by the end of the year.
