This training programme provides a practical understanding of real estate lease and tenancy agreements within the Cypriot legal framework. Participants will 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀, focusing on enforceability, key contractual clauses, rent conditions, termination, and remedies for breach.

The programme also covers statutory protections under Rent Control Law and Contract Law, registration requirements, and key aspects such as risk allocation, landlord and tenant obligations, and deposit handling.
