I’m so excited to share that I’ve moved into a new space and will be teaching yoga at Lotus Studio!

After 9years of dedicated aerial yoga practice, 8yrs of teaching, participation in 5 different teacher trainings, and a lot of experiential cases from kids, teens + adults I am happy to share with you one of the most comprehensive aerial yoga teacher trainings!

What to expect:
- All in one: beginners to advanced poses via a voluminous and detailed manual + videos for the more complicated poses
- Hands on assist: it’s all about safety, ways to assist that will keep you and the practitioners safe
- Lesson Plans & Teaching methodology: Everything has a logic behind it, just be creative
- Aerial Flow: when everything comes together into a moving meditation or a dance expression
- Teaching: before you leave the training you will teach your own aerial yoga class to new and old practitioners
- Community and support: sharing doesn’t end with the end of the training, you can enter our closed Viber group where you can ask your questions or find out teaching opportunities!
