Cyprus Inyernational University - CIU

The strategic geopolitical location of the island of Cyprus and its proximity to the birthplace of civilization has played an important role in what Cyprus is today; a small but very international island. This international identity became the inspiration for our name. Cyprus International University has its roots in the vision of Mr. Özer Boyacı who set out to establish an institution that would make a mark on higher education in North Cyprus.

European University of Lefke:

The European University of Lefke, founded by the Cyprus Science Foundation, officially started its academic activities in 1990 as a State Foundation University. The University and all its respective departments are accredited with the Turkish Republic’s Higher Education Council (Board) since its first day of establishment.

The University campus is located on a hill in one of the island’s richest natural corners, overlooking the local landscape and with a full view of the blue waters of the Mediterranean. With its quite and tranquil setting, it offers students an ideal environment to pursue their academic studies.

With its excellent infrastructure and technological equipment, EUL is the leading brand of education in the west of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The main campus of the American University of Cyprus is located in the central part of the city of Nicosia, known as one of the most touristic places on the island, in the Surlariçi Arabahmet area. History in Nicosia city is almost combined with modern construction.

Throughout the academic year, students can benefit from arts activities on campus, exhibitions, music events and a wide range of social and academic activities. Many of these are carried out in the Arabahmet Cultural House, the cultural center of AUC. The traditional Spring Festival, in which the social events of the year peak, is in May.

دانشگاه شرق نزدیک قبرس ‎(Near East University) NEU

دانشگاه NEU قبرس یا شرق نزدیک، یکی از معتبرترین دانشگاه‌ها در قبرس شمالی است که در سال ۱۹۹۸ در شهر نیکوزیا، مرکز قبرس شمالی تاسیس شده است. این دانشگاه با به کارگیری پرسنل مجرب به عنوان یک موسسه آموزش عالی بین‌المللی شناخته شده است.
دانشگاه NEU قبرس در مقاطع مختلف گسترده‌ترین فرصت‌های آموزشی را برای بیش از ۲۶۰۰۰ دانشجو از ۱۰۰ کشور مختلف فراهم کرده است. این دانشگاه شامل ۱۶ دانشکده، ۲۲۰ دپارتمان ، ۴ دبیرستان و ۲۸ موسسه تحقیقاتی است. دانشگاه NEU قبرس در حال حاضر عضو انجمن دانشگاه‌های اروپایی و انجمن بین‌المللی دانشگاه‌ها در یونسکو است. دانشکده پزشکی و دندانپزشکی این دانشگاه جزء اولین دانشکده‌های قبرس شمالی در این زمینه می‌باشند. این دانشگاه ۱۱۱ رشته تحصیلی در مقطع کارشناسی و ۷۷ رشته تحصیلی در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری را به دانشجویان ارائه می‌کند. دانشجویان می‌توانند تا ۵۰ درصد از بورس تحصیلی این دانشگاه بهره‌مند شوند. همچنین کتابخانه دانشگاه NEU قبرس بزرگترین و جامع‌ترین کتابخانه در منطقه مدیترانه شرقی است که دارای یک میلیون نسخه چاپی و ۱۱۵ میلیون منابع الکترونیکی می‌باشد.

دانشگاه گیرنه آمریکایی قبرس ‎(Girne American University) GAU

دانشگاه آمریکایی گیرنه، در شهر گیرنه واقع است و در سال 1985 تاسیس شده است. دانشگاه (GAU) در کشورهای هنگ کنگ، واشنگتن، کانتربری، سریلانکا، گیرنه، استانبول، مولدووا و کارپاز دارای شعبه می‌باشد.
دانشگاه گیرنه، توسط (NARIS) (اعتبار بخشی ملی و مرکز اطلاعات بریتانیا) از ارزش و اعتبار بالایی برخوردار است، از این رو که به انجام آموزش و حرفه دانشجویان اهمیت بیشتری می دهد. برنامه‌های دانشگاه گیرنه توسط وزارت آموزش و پرورش از شرق اروپا، ایالات متحده آمریکا، امارات متحده عربی، عمان، تایلند، ایران، اردن، قرقیزستان و بسیاری از کشورهای دیگر به رسمیت شناخته شده است.
لازم به ذکر است در رتبه‌بندی (eduniversal) دانشگاه گیرنه بعنوان یکی از 100 آموزش عالی دانشگاهی شناخته شده است.
