The Cyprus cluster has completed the first stage of PortAbility, a European Erasmus+ project driving the green, digital, and inclusive transformation of port cities.

Through field research, interviews, and focus groups, we’ve mapped skills needs, identified collaboration opportunities, and explored how VET can prepare the workforce for a sustainable port economy.
