On the third day of UCYMUN 2024, two mini-Plenary Sessions were held: one for EU Committees and another for UN Committees.

During this procedure, the delegates had the opportunity to debate and discuss the resolutions of the Conference. Each committee had 10 minutes to present and defend its resolution, during which other delegates could ask questions, identify weak points, and formulate attack speeches. At the end of each debate, the resolution was voted on by all the present member states.

Finally, day three concluded with the Closing Ceremony, during which awards were presented to the best and most outstanding delegates, followed by the Secretary-General's closing speech.

Day 2 of UCYMUN 2024 began with committee sessions during which delegates had the opportunity to engage in discussions and debates regarding humanitarian crises, conflicts and environmental matters. Our journalist team attended the sessions and took mini interviews from the delegates reporting the latest developments happening in the UCYMUN scene.

At the end of the day, all participants were rewarded with a pizza dinner sponsored by our supporter dominos.

Here are a few moments from Day 1 of UCYMUN 2024! The day started with registrations, followed by our international fair and a warm welcome of our participants. After that, the delegates were allocated to their respective committees to which they engaged in fruitful debates and then they attended the opening ceremony. We would like to thank our esteemed speakers for honouring us with their presence. Lastly, the day ended with the together.eu European Parliament Office in Cyprus dinner sponsored by the European Parliament in Cyprus."
