The CREW EU Project Research Study to determine the elements of a safe workplace for youth & examine different forms of unhealthy behaviours affecting youth in the workplace is now available!

As a proud partner of the CREW EU Project, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the research study focused on understanding and improving safe workplaces for young people. This study aims to identify the key elements that make a workplace safe for youth and to examine the various forms of unhealthy behaviours that can impact them.

▶What We Explored:

✅Key Safety Elements: We investigated the essential components that contribute to a safe and supportive work environment for young employees. This includes policies, training programs, and workplace culture.

✅Unhealthy Behaviours: Our study also looked into different forms of unhealthy behaviours, such as bullying, harassment, discrimination, and unsafe work practices, that affect youth in the workplace.

▶Why It Matters:
Young employees are often entering the workforce for the first time and may be unaware of their rights or the standards of a healthy workplace. By identifying the factors that contribute to a safe work environment and recognizing harmful behaviours, we aim to help employers create better, safer, and more inclusive workplaces.
