Good health is shaped by the choices we make every day. While there’s no single formula for wellbeing, small, consistent habits can have a meaningful impact on how we feel both physically and mentally.

Looking after our health doesn’t always require major lifestyle changes. Sometimes, simple actions like staying hydrated, getting enough rest, moving our bodies, or taking time to connect with others can make a real difference.

Swipe through our carousel to discover five small choices that can help support a healthier and more balanced everyday life. 🌿

Every small choice counts. Together, we can build healthier communities, one step at a time.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 – 𝐀𝐁𝐀-𝐕𝐑 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭

As the ABA VR project slowly comes to an end, project partners travelled to Cyprus for the final transnational meeting, a great opportunity to come together, reflect on our progress, and share the final outcomes of the project.

To celebrate this important milestone, we organised an 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 of the ABA-VR project. As part of the event, we presented the project’s final results to the students from European University Cyprus, exploring 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to explore the 𝐀𝐁𝐀-𝐕𝐑 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 and experience the 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐕𝐑) 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 developed throughout the project. The students interacted with immersive VR scenarios designed to support learning and professional training in the field of 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 (𝐀𝐁𝐀).

A big thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to this inspiring experience!

During the third phase of the project in 𝐆𝐨𝐭𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐯, 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚, 🇧🇬participants had the opportunity to visit 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, a municipal social enterprise that combines environmental action with social impact. Through tree planting, landscaping, and urban greening initiatives, Green City contributes to a more 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 while providing meaningful 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬. The visit offered a powerful example of how social economy initiatives can address community needs while creating both environmental and social value.

Throughout the programme, participants exchanged experiences and good practices in social entrepreneurship, explored successful community initiatives from different countries, and discussed innovative approaches to local development.

Thank you to all partners and participants for the inspiring discussions, new ideas, and valuable connections.
