The Cyprus LearnGen multiplier event was carried out last night in Nicosia with great success at CARDET 's new Education Hub! The interested participants (managers, HR professionals and mentors) who had the opportunity to exchange experiences and views on the topics of , , and in the workplace left with very positive feedback.

It's always lovely to meet project partners face to face! Another European project opened an opportunity for an unplanned bilateral meeting in Cyprus. Representatives of Motion Digital Eu and Institute Of Development CY exchanged ideas arising from the LearnGen project implementation and discussed upcoming tasks.

National Conference dedicated to LearnGen project, supported by Erasmus+ program, was held in Ruse, Bulgaria, with the participation of National Employment Agency, business supporting organizations and leading companies.

The project leader Desislava Pencheva from Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry / BRCCI , presented the project result by focusing on the useful resources of the LearnGen e-platform.

The participants discussed how the project results could be used by entities and namely those implementing various projects under EU programs related to human resources development, youth employment, intergenerational mentoring, etc.

The Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry / BRCCI, lead partner in LearnGen project, supported by Erasmus+ program, invited teachers from Ruse to attend the National Conference on the intergenerational mentoring in work places.

The results of the project, and namely the platform, were presented during the conference, followed by a discussion about reverse mentoring in the Bulgarian schools.
