โWhen you hear someone speakโฆ
what happens inside you first?
Do you thinkโฆ or do you feel?
๐ง Hereโs what actually happens:
1๏ธโฃ You understand
Your brain processes meaning.
Words โ logic โ clarity
This is your thinking system.
2๏ธโฃ Then you feel
Emotion follows understanding.
Curiosity, interest, excitementโฆ or even discomfort.
This is your emotional system.
So far, everything is natural.
๐ฃ But hereโs where things go wrong:
Between thinking and feelingโฆ
a third voice appears.
The one that says:
โAm I saying this right?โ
โWhat if I sound stupid?โ
โWaitโฆ think againโฆโ
Thatโs where the break happensโฆ.
โ You start overthinking
โ You delay your response
โ You interrupt your natural flow
And suddenlyโฆ
โก๏ธ You hesitate
โก๏ธ You lose your words
โก๏ธ You feel stuck
The result?
You donโt sound like yourself.
And in high-pressure momentsโฆ
โ You underperform in exams (like IELTS)
โ You struggle to express your ideas
โ You lose confidence mid-sentence
๐ก Natural communication isnโt about perfect English.
๐ Itโs about not interrupting the flow between thought and feeling.

After many wonderful years helping women through fitness and weight-loss coaching, Iโm stepping into a path that has always been a part of me โ teaching children through creativity, movement, and imagination.
Iโm excited to share that Iโm now teaching English online as a TEFL educator, bringing together my background in drama, dance, performance, and many years of teaching children.
My lessons are playful, expressive, and full of storytelling, movement, and laughter โ the way children naturally love to learn! ๐๐๐

Signs of hunger and thirst are exactly the same
and because eating is a lot more 'enjoyable' than drinking water
we choose to eat instead of drinking water!
Especially as we age
these 'confused' signals become even more dominant!
So, if you want to have good health and have a slim body
STAY HYDRATED!

Heard of the saying: โno pain, no gainโ zillion times but, is this really the best approach to your fitness workouts? I say no, and Iโll explain why.
๐คธโโ๏ธFirstly, you have to learn to distinguish if youโre feeling muscle/joint pain or whether you are feeling muscle/joint-awakeness. This difference can save you unnecessary aches and simultaneously boost your workouts!
๐งโโ๏ธThe Difference Between Pain and Awakeness
During your Workout, you want to consider how your body โfeelsโ at that exact moment, and, how it reacts to what you're putting it through.
๐ดโโ๏ธYou should feel challenged but not drained, meaning you should be able to keep a balanced consistency right up until the end with the feeling of โpeaknessโ as a finale!
๐ถโโ๏ธIf, on the other hand, you feel that you're slowing down instead of โclimbingโ, you strain your muscles and joints and burning out will result!
๐โโ๏ธYou'll experience nasty pains the day after and, even worse, you'll feel the aches 2-3 days later. When you feel nasty aches that prevent you from doing your usual daily activities, this becomes a setback as your body will need to rest and recover!
๐Monitor the intensity!
โNo Pain, Only Gainโ is the way to exercise if you want safe and... long-lasting results!

Exercise with the intent of 'No Pain, only Gain!'
This is exactly what I preach -
โ Don't go over your edge and stop believing that "No Pain, is No Gain!'
Life can be challenging as it is, so why would you deliberately choose to add more hardship to your workouts when you can gain even more, by working out with safety - proper technique - and pleasure all combined!?
