I hope your semester is going well and that you are enjoying your studies!

Today I would like to bring to your attention the existence of the International Students Club. In order to reactivate the club for this academic year and be able to use the considerable funding given by the University for its activities those interested in participating in the club’s council please let me know by Monday November 19. I will then organize a meeting so that you form the council for this academic year. This way you will be able to access the available money to organize your activities such as day trips, parties, weekend retreats etc. I really urge you to get involved as it will not really take you too much time from your studies and at the same time you will be able to enjoy some extracurricular activities!!

The club was founded two years ago and it basically aims through its activities to promote interaction between international students and other domestic students, faculty or staff who is interested in meeting International students. organize, promote and/or support activities, events, workshops, etc. that allow exchange of culture, encourage communication and understanding among all its members, campus students, staff and faculty and members of the local community.

Διαδικασία επιλογής υποστατικού απο φοιτητές για διαμονή στο Δίκτυο
Ο φοιτητής επικοινωνεί με τους ιδιοκτήτες των υποστατικών και εφόσον επιθυμεί, διευθετεί συνάντηση για να τα επισκεφθεί, ώστε να διαπιστώσει την κατάσταση του υποστατικού. Εφόσον κάποιο υποστατικό ικανοποιεί τις ανάγκες του φοιτητή, αυτός επικοινωνεί με το Γραφείο Στέγασης (25002399),το οποίο το αργότερο εντός 2 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα διευθετήσει κοινή συνάντηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη, για υπογραφή συμβολαίων. Το Γραφείο Στέγασης ετοιμάζει το συμβόλαιο μίσθωσης και ενημερώνει τον ιδιοκτήτη του υποστατικού και τον φοιτητή, ο οποίος θα ενοικιάσει το υποστατικό, για το χρόνο υπογραφής του συμβολαίου, ώστε να προσέλθουν στο Γραφείο Στέγασης.
