We are currently recruiting for the position of the Head Chef for the Casale Panayiotis Boutique Mountain Resort at Kalopanayiotis, Cyprus. If you are interested to apply for the position please send me your cv at [email protected] until the 14th of February 2020.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of a Culinary School with 3-5 years of experience at the same or Chef de Partie or Sous Chef position
- Knowledge of English (Greek will be considered as an advantage)
- Computer literate and able to use the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of food costings, development of menus and experience in developing food concepts
- Leadership Skills to lead the kitchen team in achieving the resort's goals
- EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager of the hotel and the following remuneration package will be offered:
- 2,500 - 2,800 euros gross according to experience & qualifications
- Accommodation for the candidate and the spouse (wi-fi included). Employment can be offered to spouse too.
- All meals during working hours, 21 days of Annual Leave, Public Holidays and one day off per week
- Potential for further development in new projects
