Our first masterclass for the season will be dedicated to SAKE! An up-and-coming category and a beverage that appears increasingly on menus and in sommelier contests.

In this two-hour masterclass taking place on the 9th of October, conducted by Serge Stepanov – Wine and Sake connoisseur (WSET4 Diploma in wines and WSET3 in sake), you will learn the basics of sake and how to evaluate it by tasting sakes from different categories.
