🌿 Waldorf Beautification Day
This is a day when the school comes alive in a special way.
Students, parents, and teachers gather together to make their surroundings even more beautiful planting, painting, repairing, washing, tidying, and creating a sense of harmony and care.
But behind these simple actions lies something deeper, a day of community and gratitude.
Children see how their own hands can make a difference and care for the place where they learn and grow. Through this, a sense of belonging and love for their school is born.
A Waldorf school is more than lessons and classrooms.
It’s a living community where every day has meaning, even cleaning becomes a celebration.
✨ Thank you to everyone who came, shared their time, warmth, and care - it’s from such moments that true Waldorf school life is created.

🌿 Why are wooden toys so important in Waldorf education?
In a world where toys often flash, beep, and sparkle with plastic, wood brings us back to simplicity, warmth, and the living touch of nature.
Wooden toys are not just playthings, they create a space for imagination. Their open-ended form doesn’t dictate a storyline but invites the child to fill the play with their own meaning. This nurtures creativity, independence, and a rich inner world.
In Waldorf education, a toy should be alive, not through batteries or lights, but through the soul it carries. When a child holds a wooden toy, they feel its texture, smell, and weight, all of this builds a connection with nature and teaches care for the world.
✨ A simple wool doll, a wooden horse, or a set of blocks, these are more than toys; they are a path to harmony, inner peace, and the joy of creation.

We warmly invite all parents to join this gathering.

As part of one of the projects, the 6th grade students explored different countries their culture, nature, traditions, symbols, and interesting facts. Each student chose a country, researched its unique features, and presented the material through drawings, maps, flags, and their own explanations.
The project turned out to be very vibrant. The students showed great attention to detail, creativity, and respect for other cultures.

From June 22 to 29, the students of Class 5 took part in a memorable educational journey to the United Kingdom. The trip had two main parts: an introduction to the city of London and participation in the Waldorf Olympic Games.
📍 London
The first part of the journey was dedicated to exploring the cultural and historical heart of the city:
▪️ The British Museum
▪️ The Science Museum
▪️ A guided bus tour around the city
▪️ A river cruise on the Thames
▪️ An evening performance of The Lion King musical
🏕 Michael Hall Steiner School & the Waldorf Olympic Games
The second part took place in the beautiful surroundings of Michael Hall Steiner School. There, the students joined the Waldorf Olympic Games , an annual event that gathers fifth-grade classes from Waldorf schools across the world.
The games are inspired by the spirit of the ancient Greek Olympics: no competition for results, no pressure, no comparison. Over several days, the children live in rhythm with nature, prepare together, and learn to respect each other’s space while finding joy in the shared experience.
The program includes running, javelin throwing, discus, long jump, and wrestling. Each discipline is introduced gradually, with attention to movement, breath, and inner focus.
These are not just sports days, they are a special space for growth, where rhythm, endurance, honesty, and cooperation are at the heart of the experience.
📌 A memory that stays with each participant for years to come.
This kind of journey brings together travel, culture, learning, and living tradition, all through the lens of Waldorf education.
Our warm thanks to the teachers, without whom this journey would not have been possible.
