This full day event will bring together experts, educators, caregivers, policymakers, and innovators to explore how digital tools and inclusive approaches can support healthy and active ageing across Europe.

✨ A dynamic and interactive programme include:

• A high level panel discussion on challenges and opportunities for smart ageing in Europe
• A deep dive into the SmartAgeCare vision, ecosystem, and results
• An engaging live demonstration of the Smart Ageing Toolkit, where participants will explore practical tools through guided activities, including sessions with caregivers and older adults
• Insights from Delphi research, training programmes, and policy recommendations
• Dedicated time for networking and exchange with a diverse European community
