Introductory presentation of your teacher

My name is Lidiia Nenovska and I am from Bulgaria. I live in Cyprus the last 23 years and since 2007 I am Lecturer of Mathematics at Frederick University in Nicosia.

To be good teacher is a difficult & laborious task, but I enjoy being a teacher. Teaching is my vocation and I love it.

My motto is that if you give a hungry man a fish, you feed him for a day, but if you teach him how to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.

In line with the above, I teach my students the necessary methodologies & strategies how to use their mind efficiently to resolve a mathematical problem. Just learning formulae & theorems is not enough for its solution; the important thing is one to understand how to use these tools in the most proper way.

I really care about my students, and I do my best to support and encourage them during the courses providing them with the necessary mathematical knowledge to unlock their potential & accomplish their targets. As a teacher I am satisfied only if my students succeed.

The online lessons are given via skype at a convenient to the student time. The duration of the lesson is…………… Assigned homework is requested to be submitted one day before the lesson so that I can see which items need to be discussed & further explained during the on-line lesson.

All in all I am very patient & supportive to my students and through my teaching I express all my devotion & care to them.
