I’m happy to share that I’m participating as a thematic expert in the International Youth for Peace Forum Milano–Cortina 2026, taking place at Lake Como from 3–5 February, and organised by Collectif pour un Service Civique Européen and ACLI – Associazioni Cristiane Lavoratori Italiani, within the Gen26 Education Programme of Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026.
Within the Forum, I am contributing as an expert to the working group
“The role of social media in spreading hatred and conflict – Youth views on cybersecurity, fake news, and the online fight against political violence”,
with a focus on misinformation, digital manipulation, and the impact of online narratives on conflict and social unrest.
At a time of growing global polarisation, this Forum offers an important space where young people can critically reflect, exchange perspectives, and co-create concrete actions to promote peace, digital responsibility, and social justice—fully aligned with the values of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
This initiative stands at the intersection of sport, education, civic engagement, and youth activism, and is supported by the European Commission within the framework of the hashtag hashtag project.
Grateful to be part of this meaningful dialogue and to support youth voices in shaping a more informed and peaceful digital future.

Negotiations shape the way businesses and relationships grow. But the key isn’t only strategy — it’s also emotional awareness.
Our latest article explores how combining BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement) with Emotional Intelligence helps professionals reach smarter, fairer, and more lasting agreements.

🌿 On Saturday, we joined the Professional Crowd Coaching Event on “Mindful Working – How to Feel Better at Work” in Limassol.
It was an inspiring day full of open conversations, safe sharing, and meaningful reflections. A reminder that, no matter our role or career stage, we all share more common values than differences. 💡

AI is transforming the way we work and learn. 🚀
It can speed up content creation, automate tasks, and save countless hours. But here’s the truth: AI alone doesn’t make learning impactful.
What truly matters is the human element:
✔️ Empathy — understanding learners’ needs
✔️ Creativity — designing experiences that inspire
✔️ Leadership — guiding teams through change
✔️ Context — aligning learning with real business goals
The future of learning isn’t AI vs. Human. It’s AI + Human — a balance where technology supports, but people create meaning.
📌 That’s exactly the philosophy behind our eLearning Train the Trainer Certification (HRDA-subsidised). Participants learn to design, develop, and produce engaging eLearning using both modern tools and human-centered instructional design.

Many organisations see training as an expense. But the real cost comes when training is skipped:
❌ Mistakes that could have been avoided
❌ Lower productivity and efficiency
❌ Frustrated employees with outdated skills
❌ Higher turnover and recruitment costs
In Cyprus, companies have a unique advantage: HRDA subsidies can cover a significant part of training costs. This means organisations can invest in their people while keeping budgets under control.
The real question isn’t “Can we afford to train?” — it’s “Can we afford not to?”

We’re living in a time where change happens faster than ever — especially with AI.
New tools appear almost daily. Curiosity drives us to try them, some take time to master, and others can save hours of work instantly. The sky really is the limit. 🚀
But here’s the challenge: if leaders don’t guide their teams through this transformation, people risk being left behind.
That’s why leadership in times of uncertainty is not about having all the answers — it’s about:
✔️ Adaptability — evolving with the pace of change
✔️ Curiosity — encouraging experimentation and learning
✔️ Emotional intelligence — supporting people through fear and resistance
✔️ Vision — helping teams see opportunity instead of risk
AI is powerful. But it’s the human side of leadership that determines how we adapt, grow, and move forward together.
📌 Our program Managing Change: 7 Leadership Essentials equips leaders with both the strategic tools and the people skills needed to thrive in times of rapid transformation.

🌍 Learning is for everyone.
Yet too often, online training unintentionally leaves some learners behind because accessibility wasn’t considered from the start.
Accessibility isn’t only about compliance — it’s about fairness, inclusion, and giving every learner the opportunity to engage and succeed.
That’s why communities like the Articulate Accessibility Group https://community.articulate.com/group/accessibility
are so valuable. It’s a space to:
✔ Ask questions
✔ Share tips
✔ Learn how to design online learning that works for all
As learning professionals, we carry the responsibility to make our courses not just effective, but also inclusive. And the good news is, small changes in design can make a big difference in learner experience.
What’s one accessibility practice you always try to include in your work?
