RIE® for Ages 0–3: Understanding and Applying the Respectful Approach

This training offers a unique opportunity to learn the RIE® Approach directly from one of its most experienced practitioners.

Deborah Carlisle Solomon, former Executive Director of the RIE® Institute and author of Baby Knows Best, has spent decades teaching and sharing the RIE® philosophy with parents and professionals around the world. Drawing on her extensive experience, she will guide participants through the core principles of respectful caregiving, bringing them to life through practical examples and real-world application.

👥 Who is this training for?

This training is designed for both parents and professionals who care for or work with children aged 0–3 years.

Whether you are a parent, early years educator, childcare professional, nanny, caregiver, or child development practitioner, this workshop will deepen your understanding of young children’s development and behaviour through the RIE® Approach.

You will gain practical insights into building respectful relationships, setting healthy boundaries, supporting independence, responding to challenging behaviour with greater understanding and confidence, and creating environments where children feel safe, capable, and valued.

No previous experience with RIE® is required. Whether you are discovering the approach for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers valuable knowledge and practical tools that can be applied in everyday life.

The training will be delivered in English with consecutive interpretation into Turkish.
