A class designed for young dancers who wish to develop their physical abilities and strengthen their dance training.

Through structured exercises focusing on flexibility, strength, coordination and balance, children learn to move with greater control and understanding of their bodies.

This class supports the development of essential dance skills, helping each dancer build a strong foundation, improve technique, and progress safely in their dance journey!

As part of our contemporary dance classes, children discover the joy of partner work and moving together through movement and play. A playful space where children explore balance, teamwork, creativity, and gentle partner movement through fun games and guided activities.

There are no steps to memorize—just opportunities to move, create, and connect with others while building body awareness and trust.
