🎾 Photos Kallias Tennis Academy recently visited E’ Primary School of Aradippou, where more than 120 students had the opportunity to discover tennis through fun games and interactive activities!

A key goal of our academy is to promote the sport of tennis and encourage children to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle through sport!

Through initiatives like this, we aim to inspire the next generation, while promoting the values of teamwork, discipline, respect and fair play.

This drill teaches young players how to recover after every shot and prepare early for the next ball, one of the most important habits in tennis development.

By alternating feeds to the forehand and backhand, players learn to move efficiently, stay balanced, and build consistency through repetition. 🎾 Feed to forehand. 🎾 Recover to center. 🎾 Feed to backhand. 🎾 Repeat under control. Small details, strong foundations.

Great forehands don’t start with the swing, they start with movement, balance, and positioning.

Yesterday’s session focused on footwork fundamentals, spacing and building clean forehand technique step by step.

For young players, learning how to move correctly on the court creates confidence, better timing and stronger strokes in the future. One small adjustment at a time. 💪🎾
